We're looking for a driven sales representative to help us bring our content plans to business owners who need them. The Role You'll be selling our content and marketing plans directly to local business owners, ranging from simple mobile-shot content packages to full production plans with a dedicated crew. It's an easy story to tell: professional content, handled from shoot to post, with pricing and deliverables that make sense to any business owner from the first conversation. This is a commission-based role with strong early earning potential. The harder and smarter you sell, the more you make, and every deal you close pays you for a full two years. How You Get Paid We pay our sales team based on the value of the accounts they bring in: 10 percent of the monthly plan price for each client's first 12 months with Aurvana 5 percent of the monthly plan price for that same client's next 12 months Commission on that account ends after 24 months from the client's onboarding date Every client you bring in pays you for two full years, but no longer, so the fastest path to growing your income is consistently building your pipeline rather than coasting on old accounts. What You Could Earn Below is a realistic picture of earnings at different closing paces, based on our current $1,199 per month plan and the commission structure above. These are illustrative figures assuming consistent monthly closes and full client retention through each account's two-year commission window; actual earnings will vary based on your performance, client retention, and plan mix, since we also offer higher-tier plans that pay out more per sale.
