What You'll Do Roofing:

Conduct simple roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, and sell solutions.

Windows:

Assess pain points and sell homeowners on the best window for them. Generate and manage leads through direct outreach, local networking, referrals, and modern social selling. Serve as the primary, trusted guide for property owners from initial contact to close. What You Bring Comfort with outbound sales, field outreach, and building rapport quickly. Physical capability to climb ladders, walk roofs safely, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Flexibility to work during peak homeowner hours (evenings and weekends as needed). Compensation & Perks On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $175,000+ / year (Uncapped)
