Sales Representative, State College, PA Boston Beer Corporation tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, State College Aug 16, 2026 Job Description We are currently hiring a Full-Time Sales Representative, State College, Pennsylvania. The Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the availability and visibility of the company's spirits portfolio at retail to drive depletion growth while adding value to wholesaler and retailer partners.
What You'll Brew:
Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process Learn and be proficient in spirits industry knowledge, including BBC product styles and key category insights Hunt for new business opportunities while growing performance in existing accounts Build brand awareness by sampling, merchandising and engaging with consumers Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentations Use technology platforms available to mine data to plan and identify opportunities across the account base, market and wholesaler Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
Working Conditions:
Working conditions vary greatly day to day due to customer facing nature of role May be the periodic requirement to work weekends and holidays to support the needs of the business Occasional travel for meetings and trainings Regular travel in the market to service retailers and wholesalers Position requires coworker to physically live within the geographic footprint of the assigned territory as required by business. Minimum Qualifications:
4 Year Degree / Bachelor's Degree 0-1+ years of sales and/or food/beverage industry experience
Level:
8IC At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $48,000 and $63,000. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
