Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Windows & Kitchen Cabinets business in the Greater Seattle Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, meeting customers, understanding their project requirements, preparing quotations, and closing sales for our European-manufactured windows and doors and custom kitchen cabinets. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and develop business opportunities. Meet homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and other potential clients. Present and sell windows, doors, and custom kitchen cabinet solutions. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals. Follow up with prospects and customers and close sales. Build and maintain strong customer and professional relationships. Coordinate with design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Work toward established sales targets and business-development goals. Follow up and collect payments. Requirements Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience with windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, construction, or building materials is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable using computers, email, CRM, and quotation software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the Greater Seattle Area. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end products will be preferred Strong knowledge of interior design principles, layout design. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently Training & Support The first month will include training covering: Product knowledge and specifications Windows and door systems Kitchen cabinet products Quotation and pricing procedures Customer consultations Sales processes Installation and project coordination Base salary will be provided for Initial 3 months during training period.
Pay:
$57,418.56 - $140,000.00 per year
