We are seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands that high earning potential comes from personal drive, consistency, and the ability to generate and close opportunities. While the company provides leads, top performers are those who actively seek out and develop their own. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right individual, and prior roofing or exterior sales experience is a strong plus. Experience level will help determine the structure and focus of the initial 30-day onboarding period. About Us Beard Roofing & Exteriors specializes in guiding homeowners through storm damage insurance claims while also providing high-quality repairs and installations, including: Roofing - Residential & Commercial Siding Gutters & downspouts Windows Most exterior home improvements We pride ourselves on integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
