Sales Support Specialist Kala Brand Music Co. is seeking a motivated Part Time Sales Support Specialist. This position is available immediately part time out of our Petaluma office. You will be responsible for:

Creating and maintaining reports utilizing NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets Lead generation and

Sales:

Maintaining master lead list and outreach to new business Processing orders Assistance in entering information into templates for key accounts Daily MAP checks (minimum advertised price) utilizing monitoring software Managing paperwork for trade shows: printing and stuffing envelopes Additional support work assisting our sales team as needed Experience, abilities and qualities include: Experience working with wholesale/retail customers and contacting leads Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated self-starter Great time management skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Ability to work effectively within a team Honest and trust-worthy NetSuite or other ERP system experience Experience with musical instruments preferred Hourly wage $23-26/hour plus commission.
