Job Summary Before you get to reading my ad- This job is not for everyone! I want most people reading this to turn away and find a different job. This is a job that is either feast or famine, if you're the one that doesn't have the motivation to get up and make stuff happen, this isn't for you. If you treat us right, and do well by my company, we will bless you beyond your expectations. Who we are? We are a local roofing company in Charleston SC. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. My company's founding principle is honesty, consistency and integrity. We install commercial and residential roofing, solar, siding, gutters, windows, fascia etc. We have a goal to not just expand our company but to actually reach people in the community with a genuine service. God > People > Roofing. (You do not have to have install experience, that is not your job). What are we looking for in you? Firstly, your work experience is not necessary, you just need to be driven enough to learn all I can teach you. Your job will be to acquire jobs via the skills, and systems I teach you. You will be required to inspect roofs as well as general exteriors/interiors for damage. (You will be trained). We are looking for you to be a motivated and results-driven person. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting homes, discovering and documenting damage, communicate clearly your report to homeowners, working alongside insurance companies, as well as managing your job installs. Your purpose is to represent a prideful and productive company, with much integrity and commitment- and drive company job growth through both inside and outside sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and leverage your customer service skills to build lasting relationships. In mutual benefit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the roofing industry, service/sales, and the ability to communicate effectively. Conduct inside sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside and outside sales efforts. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with D2D clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize effective communication to close sales deals successfully. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Requirements Some experience in inside or outside sales, not required but preferable. Working vehicle/Reliable Roofing Knowledge Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present product information clearly. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with confidence. Experience climbing on roofs or heights. Strong problem-solving skills. BEFORE you think you're qualified, it's important to know exactly what this company will expect of you. While yes, you can make serious money here, most people will make at least $70,000-120,000 their first year, it will be difficult! This job isn't as much physically demanding as it is mentally. This is a difficult industry, I won't just hire anyone.
