• Full-time Ocean State Telecom Services is an authorized dealer for AT&T, and we are currently hiring motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as a full-time AT&T Representative .

In this in-person role, you will work directly with businesses to provide AT&T wireless and telecommunications solutions tailored to their company's needs. As an AT&T Representative, you will build relationships with local businesses, educate customers on wireless products and services, and help business owners find the best connectivity solutions to support their operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous business-to-business sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

Meet directly with businesses in a professional, in-person setting Promote AT&T wireless products, business plans, and telecommunications services Build and maintain strong customer relationships with local businesses Identify customer needs and recommend customized wireless solutions Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Generate new business opportunities and maintain follow-up communication Meet individual and team sales goals Stay informed on wireless technology, promotions, and business service offerings

Qualifications:
