We're more interested in finding the right personality and work ethic. You may be a great fit if you: Are outgoing and comfortable talking to people Are self-motivated Want your income to be based on your performance Enjoy sales and building relationships Want flexibility instead of a traditional 9-to-5 Are dependable and professional Have reliable transportation Are willing to learn the roofing and construction industry Experience in roofing, construction, automotive sales, insurance, solar, pest control, real estate, home improvement, or other commission-based sales is a plus. Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. Commission structure will be determined based on your experience. Experienced roofing and construction sales representatives may qualify for a higher commission structure.
