The ideal candidate for this role is hunter-minded; this is a commission-only role built for closers, not order takers. Forge Truck Centers is hiring a high-performing Commercial Truck Sales Representative to drive revenue at our Greer, South Carolina location. If you know how to build a pipeline, close deals and want uncapped earning potentiation, this is your seat! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Quickly engage and convert inbound leads Own the full sales cycle: engage, nurture, negotiate and close Match customers with the right truck and or specialized trailer Work with our banks to move the financing process along Stay up to date on inventory and market demand Track all activity in CRM; HubSpot Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership CRM experience, HubSpot preferred Valid Driver's License is required CDL Class A or B license is a plus Authorized to work in the United States Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial sales experience Background in Class 8 trucks, vocational vehicles and or trailers Track record of hitting and/or exceeding quota Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow Relentless drive to win and make money Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on feet for occasional periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs Ability to travel as business needs requires Compensation & Benefits 100% commission - uncapped earning potential 401(k) and 401(k) matching
