We connect customers with AT&T wireless products, services, and solutions through engaging, personalized interactions at Costco Wholesale. We're growing our Spartanburg team and looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their sales skills, gain hands-on business experience, and build a career with a company that invests in its people. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales Trainee, you'll receive paid training and hands-on coaching while working directly with customers. You'll learn how to: Engage customers and create positive in-person experiences Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions Generate new customers and drive sales Work toward individual and team performance goals Accurately complete sales and customer transactions Represent AT&T and The Empire Acquisitions professionally Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training What We're Looking For Previous retail sales experience is not required . We provide the training you need to get started.
