Job Description
Customer Success Representative (B2B) Jackson, TN (100% Onsite) 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Through Johnson Service Group Overview Johnson Service Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a global client in the Jackson, TN area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment and enjoys managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders (order entry) accurately and efficiently Provide order status updates and proactive follow-ups Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency Maintain consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction Support post-order activities and issue resolution Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Balance operational execution with strong customer engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) 3-5 years of experience in: Customer Service Customer Success Account Coordination / Client Support B2B experience working with: Supply chain professionals Buyers / procurement teams Business clients Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, energy, or utility industries Familiarity with supply chain or procurement environments Experience with SAP (especially
SAP S/4HANA
) Basic understanding of accounting principles Exposure to project management concepts Demonstrated leadership potential or prior supervisory experience Systems & Tools Microsoft Office Suite (required)SAP / SAP S/4HANA
