Job Description

Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Collierville area and hiring a motivated Sales Account Representative to help grow our local presence. This is a full‑time, in‑person role for someone who enjoys meeting with clients, building relationships, and wants a clear path to long‑term career growth. As a Sales Account Representative you'll work with local businesses in your assigned territory, presenting our products, managing relationships, and building trust through a proven sales system. You'll have the support of structured onboarding and a collaborative team that's invested in your success. This is a field sales role focused on following a clear activity plan, engaging with businesses in person, and building a reliable pipeline through steady, relationship‑driven work.
