In-Home Sales Consultant Benefits & Compensation Base salary of $50K-$55K during training period, transitioning to commission-based structure Successful consultants earn $80K-$100K within 12-18 months, with top performers reaching $200K+ by year 4-5 Commission structure with monthly draw available after training period $600/month auto allowance or access to company fleet vehicle for work and personal use ($200/month) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Company-provided leads plus marketing support Extensive paid training and ongoing professional development In-Home Sales Consultant Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (in-home sales preferred) 3+ years of outside sales experience strongly desired College degree preferred Comfortable with CRM software and general computer applications Ability to lift and carry samples up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and highly motivated Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening Valid driver's license with clean driving record In-Home Sales Consultant Preferred Background & Skills CRM experience highly preferred Demonstrated ability to generate and manage leads independently Adaptable, positive attitude, and professional under pressure In-Home Sales Consultant Day-to-Day Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess needs and deliver informative product presentations Prepare quotes, explain pricing, and address customer questions in person Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities Accurately price jobs and coordinate orders to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including post-sale service Contribute to showroom coverage as needed and participate in ongoing sales training This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in a relationship-building role and are motivated by both personal success and team achievement.
