Duties Lead daily retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Engage with clients through personalized consultations, product demos, makeup applications, and tailored recommendations to enhance their beauty routines Drive sales by actively upselling products, promoting new launches, and achieving sales targets through strategic client engagement Manage stock levels by merchandising products effectively, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks using retail software. Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up communication, and maintaining detailed customer profiles for future engagement Utilize social media management tools to promote products, share beauty tips, and increase store visibility online Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, optimize merchandising strategies, and improve overall store performance Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures while ensuring a seamless checkout experience Organize product demonstrations and participate in promotional events to attract new customers and retain existing ones Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure the store's appearance aligns with branding standards Skills Extensive knowledge of beauty & cosmetics sales, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and related products Proficiency in retail software such as POS systems Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele Experience with social media management to boost brand presence and customer engagement online Excellent customer relationship building skills with a focus on client services and personalized experiences Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining genuine customer trust Skilled in retail math for cash handling, stock management, and achieving sales goals Knowledge of cosmetology practices including makeup application techniques Organizational skills for merchandising, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Join us as a Beauty Sales Lead where your enthusiasm for beauty meets your talent for leadership!
