As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with our dealer clients. You'll develop new business, retain and grow existing accounts, promote auction participation, and help maximize sales volume and profitability. This is a relationship-driven, results-oriented sales role where your ability to connect with customers and consistently deliver results will make a direct impact.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current dealer clients and prospects. Develop new business opportunities to grow sales volume through cold calling. Contact dealer clients regularly to drive participation and strengthen relationships. Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service by phone and in person. Maintain accurate and consistent client information using auction software. Coordinate vehicle assignments and transportation to the auction. Support promotional activities designed to increase dealer and auction participation, strengthen brand recognition, and generate measurable results. Represent UAX professionally at customer meetings, social events, and industry functions. Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers to help ensure successful weekly auction sales. Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment. Set a strong example through professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and performance. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous sales experience preferred. Automotive industry or auction experience is a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. High-energy, positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word. Ability to learn and effectively use sales and auction software. Strong team-player mentality with the ability to work independently. Willingness and ability to travel locally as needed. Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background investigation.
