The company performs air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweeping, and attic insulation, and they also conduct business in the other major Texas markets. Will you join us? Position Summary The Comfort Advisor is an in-home sales role responsible for inspecting, educating, and selling air duct cleaning and indoor air quality (IAQ) services. This position does not perform service work. Once a job is sold, a dedicated execution team completes the service. This role requires strong in-home presence, the ability to build trust with homeowners, and confidence in identifying and closing opportunities. The Comfort Advisor is responsible for driving revenue through effective communication, accurate assessments, and consistent follow-through within the CRM.
Key Functions:
In-Home Inspections & Customer Education:
Conduct in-home IAQ inspections, including attic access when required. Identify air duct and indoor air quality concerns. Educate homeowners on findings, system condition, and potential health impacts. Build trust through clear, professional communication and transparency.
Sales Execution & Closing:
Present service recommendations and solutions based on inspection findings. Close air duct cleaning and IAQ service opportunities during scheduled appointments. Maintain a consistent daily schedule of approximately five appointments. Ensure pricing, scope of work, and expectations are clearly communicated to the customer. Document all inspections, photos, recommendations, and sold services within Workiz. Ensure all job notes, estimates, and records are accurate and complete. Follow all company SOPs for documentation, communication, and job handoff. Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. Maintain high customer satisfaction through communication, punctuality, and service quality. Address customer questions and concerns with confidence and clarity. Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle in accordance with company policies. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily use.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and in-home sales ability. Must be Bilingual English/Spanish Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces for inspections. Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven mindset. Professional appearance and customer-first approach. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No industry experience required; training provided.

$60,000.00
