Our primary offer is roof replacement prevention. The way we do that is through the only polymer treatment of its kind in Texas. It extends the life of your roof by 17 years, backed by a warranty that covers hail damage and granule loss. Homeowners get that for a fraction of what a full replacement costs.

Your job is straightforward:

book a free roof assessment. We have an established partnership with the HOA management company that oversees the neighborhoods you'll be working, so you're not cold knocking strangers. You walk up and say "we're partnered with your HOA management company and we're doing free roof assessments for folks in the neighborhood." That's your opener. The technician does the rest at the appointment. If you're good at this, we want to keep you. We're actively looking for people who want to own the full sales process from door knock to closed deal. If you crush it setting appointments, we'll move you into a full cradle-to-grave sales position. That's where the real money is.
