As an MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in any of the following: Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales) Military service. Collegiate student athlete. Held a student leadership role in a university organization.

License/Driving Record:

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment). No drug•or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years. Class C driver's license required. Driving to multiple locations is required for this position.

Work Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future Compensation Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $54,000, with an average 45-hour work week.
