LinQ Transport is an asset-based 3PL company searching for driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Carrier Sales Representatives . Whether you're just starting your career or looking to pivot into something exciting, we'll equip you with the tools, training, and mentorship to succeed. As a Carrier Sales Representative , you'll be a key player in keeping freight moving across the country. Your role is all about building relationships with carriers (trucking companies), negotiating rates, and helping our customers' shipments get where they need to go. Develop relationships with carrier partners and negotiate freight rates Manage shipments from pickup to delivery with strong attention to detail Collaborate with your team and problem-solve on the fly Track shipments and keep clients informed with proactive communication Learn the market and move fast—no two days are the same!

Training Program:
