Job Description
Roof Rescue is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Roofing & Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who understands the roofing industry, communicates well with homeowners and team members, and is driven to build strong customer relationships while growing their income. The ideal candidate has previous roofing or construction experience, is comfortable managing multiple customers and projects, and can confidently guide homeowners through the sales and restoration process. Compensation $60,000-$100,000+ per year , based on commissions and performance. Benefits Full benefits package Paid time off 401(k) Full-time, year-round position Commission-based earning opportunities Support from an established local roofing and construction company Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Generate and follow up with residential roofing and construction sales opportunities Meet with homeowners to evaluate their roofing or construction needs Perform roof inspections and document findings Present repair and replacement recommendations clearly and professionally Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts Work with subcontractors to create accurate estimates Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales and project process Coordinate with production, office, and project management teams Maintain organized and accurate customer records Follow up on leads, estimates, and active projects Develop long-term customer and referral relationships Represent Roof Rescue professionally in the community Qualifications Previous roofing experience is required Roofing or construction sales experience is strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and follow-through Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment Ability to inspect roofs and work outdoors when necessary Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule Full-time In-person position Roof Rescue is looking for someone who is motivated to grow, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and wants to build a long-term career in the roofing and construction industry.
