• _Lead Counter Sales Associate_
• _at White Cap…_ + Demonstrates exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone, and will call customers.

+ Orders products, arranges delivery, contacts customers regarding delivery and updates customers on order status.

+ Serves as point of contact for escalation issues.

+ Provides training and support to new counter staff.

+ Acts as liaison between supervisor and customers.

+ Ensures purchase orders are completed.

+ Upsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions and making customers aware of product promotions.

+ Ensures merchandise displays are stocked and clean.

+ Generally, has 7+ years of experience.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Strong experience in counter sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role + Experience handling complex customer issues or escalations and driving resolution + Ability to train and support team members while contributing to daily operations + Proficiency with sales order systems or ERP tools (e.

g., Oracle or similar)

+ Solid understanding of construction or industrial products and related applications

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, including order processing, customer follow-up, and in-store support

+ Proven ability to recommend products, upsell effectively, and support margin goals
