We're looking for reliable, early-rising team members to represent our premium Texas jerky at the Brazos Valley Farmers Market (Midtown Park). This is a dynamic, customer-facing role perfect for sales-minded people who thrive in outdoor settings and can commit to consistent early mornings.
What You'll Do Arrive early, set up fast — 6:30 AM pickup at storage unit, ready to build displays Work the market — 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM selling and connecting with customers at Midtown Park Break down with precision — 12:20 PM teardown, return inventory and equipment to storage Represent the brand — answer questions, handle cash, process cards, and leave customers saying "I'm definitely coming back" Compensation $40/day base — guaranteed, rain or shine 10% commission — on every sale you close (your effort, your reward) Tips — customers reward good energy and hustle Real earnings: ~$20/hour average , higher during peak seasons (holiday ramp) Who You Are A morning person — 6:30 AM pickups are non-negotiable; you actually like early starts Reliable and committed — you show up when you say you will; no last-minute cancellations Friendly and energetic — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and closing sales Based in or near Bryan-College Station — you can reliably make the 6:30 AM meetup Ready to own your income — commission-based means your hustle directly pays Detail-oriented on cash — you track transactions accurately and handle money responsibly Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs (product boxes, display gear) Comfortable with early mornings and outdoor work (rain, sun, Texas heat) Basic math and cash handling (or willingness to learn)
