Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen's comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques Attend and actively participate in weekend AIC courses, trade shows, dental exhibitions, and other sales-related events and activities as required; weekend availability is an expectation of this role
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope. Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer's office and other meeting locations. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to drive.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
