Sales Representative We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our wireless retail team. The Sales Representative will assist customers with selecting the right wireless products and services while providing an excellent in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their wireless needs and preferences. Explain phones, plans, features, promotions, and available services. Recommend products and plans based on each customers needs. Process new activations, upgrades, device changes, and account transactions accurately. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Maintain strong knowledge of current products, promotions, and pricing. Provide friendly and professional customer service before, during, and after each sale. Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with inventory, merchandising, and other store operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets. Ability to learn and explain wireless products and services. Positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
