This is an entry point into a performance-based sales career — one where the people who put in the work move up quickly. What This Role Is You'll be the first point of contact between WorleyByrd and homeowners in storm-affected areas You'll identify potential roof damage and educate homeowners on their options You'll set up free inspections with our certified project team This is a relationship and communication-driven role, not a technical one No roofing or construction background required — we'll train you from day one.
