LATAM Enterprise Sales Leader - Based in Brazil Establish and grow the LATAM presence in Brazil of a high growth, next generation remote communications business. About the Role and Its Requirements We seek a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Leader to deliver business growth, cultivate key partnerships, and drive revenue expansion in Brazil. Whilst iNet may consider alternative locations within Brazil, our preference is that the successful candidate will reside in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paolo. The successful candidate will commence the role as a key member of both our regional leadership team and the global sales team. Successful candidates will have broad knowledge and experience applying digital and network technology in industrial settings, communicating technology solutions to stakeholders, and developing and delivering strategic business development plans. . Key Responsibilities Grow existing global enterprise customer accounts into Brazil and close new regional enterprise customer accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and industry partners. Identify customer needs and effectively communicate high value solutions that align with their business objectives. Lead and efficiently close contract negotiations. Collaborate and communicate effectively across functions and job levels to ensure fit-for-purpose solution design, integration, and delivery. All the while, effectively balance both customer advocacy and internal value generation. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify and advocate product and market opportunities that will ensure iNet's value proposition remains resilient. Building on a successful delivery of growth, to build, mentor and guide a high performing sales team. Develop and maintain internal company relationships across functional and global regions to ensure regional service and solutions remain contemporary and consistent across a global customer base.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience 5+ yrs of proven experience in enterprise sales leadership, preferably in the industrial and resource technology sectors. Strong technical acumen with the confidence and skills to communicate complex solutions effectively. Track record of success in securing high-value contracts and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Language Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for effective communication across global teams and client engagements. Spanish language skills are preferred to support expanded regional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Ability to work autonomously and drive strategic initiatives. Familiarity with the broader Latin America business landscape will be considered a significant advantage.
