High SchoolResponsibilities Assigning inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives. Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up. Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting. Review lead data for completeness and accuracy before assignment. Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs. Partner with Sales Managers to address assignment issues and workload concerns. Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
