In this role, you will be the vital link that ensures seamless communication and coordination between sales management, clients, and internal departments. Responsibilities Support outside sales efforts by assisting with lead generation, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Coordinate territory management activities, including planning sales routes, scheduling client meetings, and tracking sales progress using CRM software such as Salesforce. Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on features, benefits, and solutions tailored to their needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness in target regions. Assist in managing inside sales activities by qualifying inbound inquiries, supporting direct sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and recommend strategies for growth and improvement. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts and territories efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability in product demos, technical sales, and upselling strategies. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients via cold calling, direct meetings, or virtual presentations. Ability to analyze sales data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
