Sales-Focused Shift Lead - Cowboy Express Car Wash This is not a car wash job. It's a sales job at a car wash. Every car that pulls into our tunnel is a lead. We're looking for a real sales professional who sees that and wants to get paid for it. You'll run the shift, but your main job is turning drive-through customers into monthly members and upselling interior cleaning and detail services. You'll earn on every one of those sales. If you've done well in car sales, cellular, gym memberships, home services, or any commission role, and you're tired of chasing leads, here the leads come to you all day. What you'll do Sell unlimited wash memberships at the pay station and in the lane, and grow membership count every week Upsell interior cleaning, detail packages, and add-on services Lead the shift: run the site, set the pace, and keep the line moving and the quality high Coach your team on how to sell, so the whole site's numbers go up Handle customer questions and complaints, and save cancellations before they happen Own your numbers: daily membership sales, conversion rate, and service revenue What we're looking for A proven sales track record. Commission experience is a strong plus Confidence starting conversations with strangers all day long Someone competitive who tracks their own numbers and wants to beat them Leadership experience, or the drive to lead a small team Reliable, on time, and able to work weekends (our busiest days are your best earning days) Car wash experience is not required.
