Inside Sales Representative

  • Friday 7:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM $20.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with product inquiries, pricing, and order placement. Prepare accurate sales quotes, invoices, and customer orders. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records. Provide knowledgeable customer service regarding metal building products and materials. Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Verify product availability and communicate order status to customers. Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain organized customer files and sales documentation. Assist with inventory inquiries and product stocking as needed. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in the metal building industry is required. Previous sales, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and order entry systems. Ability to read and interpret product specifications and measurements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
