5 Job Summary LFD Home Furnishings is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This position is responsible for assisting customers with selecting home furnishing products, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a positive shopping experience. This is an hourly plus commission-based position with opportunities for growth. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required, as the employer is willing to train qualified candidates. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about furniture, home décor, and financing options
Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store policies
Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs and budget
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain showroom appearance and organize merchandise displays
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Employer willing to train motivated candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
