Overview Responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales orders, coordinating delivery schedules, and supporting daily office operations. This role works closely with customers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and outside sales representatives to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. Skills and Experience Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, scheduling, or administrative support preferred. Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with ERP or order entry systems is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
