Overview We are seeking energetic and bilingual (Spanish) Wireless Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional service to help them find the best wireless solutions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on wireless products and services Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of devices and plans Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and cash drawer management Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to maximize customer value and sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of current retail store product offerings, merchandising standards, and inventory stock levels Deliver excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person Support stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure the store remains organized and inviting Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with diverse customers Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Knowledge of grocery store or retail store product knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to empower customers with the latest wireless technology while building your career in a vibrant retail setting!
