You improve through reps. Training. Coaching. Competition. Adjustments. Another rep. We're looking for competitive, coachable individuals to join our team as Competitive Sales Representatives , supporting Spectrum as a telecommunications retail partner inside major retail stores. No previous sales or telecommunications experience is required. If you understand how to be coached, work toward a goal, compete with yourself, and keep going after a bad play, we'll teach you the sales side. What You'll Actually Be Doing This is an active, face-to-face sales position.

You'll:

Work inside an assigned major retail store Approach and engage customers Ask about their current internet and mobile services Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities Explain Spectrum products, pricing, and promotions Recommend services based on customer needs Assist interested customers through enrollment Work toward individual and team sales goals Track your performance Receive daily coaching to improve your results This is not remote, call-center, or door-to-door sales.
