ABOUT PATIENT PROFIT
Patient Profit is a performance marketing agency for medical and dental practices nationwide. We build patient acquisition systems that drive measurable ROI for our clients. Our focus is cash-pay patient generation for cosmetic dentists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and men's and women's health clinics. We combine paid media, SEO, AI search visibility, and our own proprietary technology to deliver exclusive patient bookings to the practices we partner with.
THE ROLE
This is a true outside sales position. You will be in the field across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro Monday through Friday, walking into dental practices, plastic surgery offices, med spas, and specialty medical clinics. You will book in-office demos, present our services to practice owners and decision-makers, and close new accounts. This is not a remote, hybrid, or phone-based role. If you are not energized by door-to-door medical sales, this is not the right fit.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive your assigned Dallas-Fort Worth territory five days per week, 9 AM to 5 PM local time. Schedule and complete a minimum of five new office visits per day. Conduct live demos of our marketing platform for practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers on iPad and laptop. Manage your pipeline in our CRM with daily updates. Submit detailed end-of-day field reports via email. Close a minimum of two new clients per month.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum five years of documented medical sales, dental sales, or medical marketing experience. Valid Texas driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast accurately. Tech-savvy and comfortable using a laptop, iPad, and CRM daily. Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented. Comfortable presenting live to physicians, dentists, and practice owners. Based in or willing to commute daily within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
COMPENSATION
Base salary of 180,000 per year plus commission and performance bonuses. Medical and dental benefits after 90 days. W-2 employment.
