Responsibilities:

Optimize sales via counter activities and inside sales calls Maintain the counter and public area in a clean, neat, and attractive fashion Ensure that branch sales are reconciled on a daily basis Assist in monitoring inventory levels & report questionable suspicions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or complaints from customers Excellent knowledge of the HVAC industry and trends impacting its business Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Must be 21 years of age or older for driving purposes

Warehouse/Driver Position:

Responsibilities:

Maintain the warehouse and physical inventory. Unload and document the receipt of materials at the warehouse. Stage and load materials for jobs. Deliver materials to customers. Provide support for other company operations, as requested. Obtain sufficient fork lift training

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to operate loading equipment. Must be able to lift in excess of 100 pounds. Pay will be determined based on experience.
