Job Description

Position Purpose:
This position will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow our business with a focus on Hydrotex branded products. This role will also be responsible for fielding incoming leads for all brands and supporting field sales team in communicating, following up and addressing customers' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products, initiate new orders, and introduce new products.
  • Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to manage contacts, document details of conversations and create campaigns.
  • Learn proper product information to be able to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes as requested/needed.
  • Communicate market intelligence obtained with supervisor.
  • Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, websites and other channels.
  • Provide support to outside sales team by communicating customer activity and providing leads.
  • Lead efforts to organize and manage all records, reports, and data for the Sales Department.
  • Introduce additional products into customer accounts to grow share of wallet.
  • Periodically visit customers in person to strengthen relationship.
  • Utilize purchasing history and other data to prompt new orders with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with customer service, pricing, product management, and marketing to meet your goals.
  • Position goals are growth in top line revenue and profit margin.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Essential Skills, Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in related field required.
  • Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills are required.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of personal computer, Microsoft Office, CRM, and other technology tools.
  • Must have good customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Role will work in office in Rockwall, TX.
