Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Consultant at Imagination Homes, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives: choosing their new home! You'll build relationships, create value, and deliver a home-buying experience that's as smooth and rewarding as the homes we build.
Build value in our homes by understanding customer needs, demonstrating quality, and effectively communicating features and benefits.
Actively generate new prospects through marketing, community outreach, and follow-up activities while managing an existing customer base.
Guide buyers through every step of the process, from qualifying and financing to contract signing and closing, with clear communication and enthusiasm.
Maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal team members throughout the building and buying process.
Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing Coordinator.
QualificationsAvailability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to meet customer needs2 or more years of new home sales experienceKnowledge of financing, mortgages, and the construction processA self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping people achieve homeownershipExcellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to create excitement and urgencyStrong organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities and work independentlyA high level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges or rejectionAdditional Information.
