Job Description

Velocity Parking Management | South Texas | Full-Time Velocity Parking Management installs and operates self-pay, camera-based parking systems on privately owned lots at no cost to the property owner. We are expanding into the Rio Grande Valley and hiring a Market President to lead that growth — building relationships with property owners and originating new revenue-share management agreements across the region, from the South Padre Island coast to the inland Valley downtowns of Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen. This is a full-time, field-based position reporting directly to the founder.
Compensation:
Base salary + commission
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach to property owners Assess Rio Grande Valley submarkets and present opportunity analysis for expansion Evaluate underutilized parking assets across the South Padre Island coastal district and inland Valley downtowns Lead negotiations and draft revenue-share management agreements Maintain relationships with property owners after signing Manage and track all leads in the company CRM Prepare proposals and financial estimates for property owners Represent Velocity at relevant industry and community events
Qualifications:
2+ years in parking, commercial real estate, or B2B field sales, ideally at a senior or business-development level Established relationships with property managers and owners in the Rio Grande Valley / South Texas preferred Strong financial modeling and proposal development skills Experience negotiating commercial agreements Ability to travel throughout the Valley Proficiency with CRM and proposal management software Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy To apply:
