Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-time Night Audit/Front Desk Associate! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a lively hotel environment and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our night shift team, you will ensure smooth overnight operations, provide top-tier customer service, and uphold the standards of hospitality excellence. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk and night audit procedures. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using hotel management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account reconciliations Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently using hospitality reservation systems Maintain security protocols, conducting safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours Respond promptly to phone calls and guest communications with courteous phone etiquette and clear client communication skills Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, revenue, incidents, and other relevant activities to ensure seamless handovers to daytime staff Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting, preferably with night audit responsibilities Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and communication Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and hotel safety protocols is essential Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) is preferred Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
