Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and staff, ensuring seamless coordination of treatment plans and communication between providers and patients. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive experience for all parties involved, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong medical administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Duties Act as the central liaison between patients, dental or medical providers, and insurance companies to coordinate treatment plans and scheduling Review treatment proposals with patients, explaining procedures, costs, and payment options clearly and confidently Ensure all patient information is accurately documented in the electronic health record system Schedule appointments efficiently while managing cancellations and rescheduling to optimize provider availability Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage details Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally Support medical or dental administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures Proven ability to support medical or dental administrative functions effectively Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with insurance verification and patient billing processes is a plus Join us in making a difference by ensuring our patients receive attentive care through efficient coordination and compassionate communication.
