What You'll Be Doing Develop new customer opportunities throughout DFW Meet with homeowners and identify potential storm damage Schedule property inspections Explain roofing and restoration options Present Storm Hail Repair's services and advantages Follow up with prospective customers Close new business and generate referrals Maintain an organized sales pipeline Work toward individual and team goals What We're Looking For Some previous sales experience is required Roofing experience is helpful but not required Confident and professional communication skills Ability to start conversations and build trust Strong follow-up and organizational habits Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Coachable and willing to learn a new industry Driven by performance and commission income Experience in retail sales, automotive sales, wireless, insurance, home improvement, B2B sales, or other customer-facing sales roles may transfer well.
