If you have a background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales or you're ready to build one we'd like to meet you. This is an in-person role where you'll talk with customers, learn what they need, and explain wireless options in a way that's easy to understand. Training is provided, so prior wireless experience is not required. What you'll do Speak with customers about their current phone service and wireless needs. Explain AT&T plans, devices, upgrades, and available promotions. Answer questions and help customers compare their options. Deliver a positive customer experience while working toward sales goals. Learn product information and use it to make relevant recommendations. What we're looking for Strong communication and customer service skills. Confidence starting conversations with new people. A dependable, coachable approach to work. An interest in retail sales, wireless, and helping customers. Previous sales or retail experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and team support as you learn the role. Weekly compensation is $850-$1,000 , based on the position's pay structure and performance.
