Job Description

Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lot Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of our dealership lot and store. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the sales process, which will not only give you the opportunity to learn but earn some extra money as well! This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their attention to detail and enjoys contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain the dealership lot to ensure an appealing and orderly presentation of vehicles. 2. Perform routine inspections of vehicle inventory to identify and report any damages or discrepancies. 3. Coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure efficient movement of vehicles on and off the lot. 4. Keep the lot clean by removing debris, trash, and ensuring proper disposal. 5. Assist in the detailing of vehicles, including washing and vacuuming, to uphold high-quality standards. 6. Collaborate with team members to manage lot logistics and optimize space for maximum efficiency. 7. Safely drive and park vehicles within the lot, adhering to all safety guidelines. 8. Support the team in various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. - You will also assist with the sales process, as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards. 6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 7.
