Job Overview At our three shops, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base by actively engaging with prospective clients, promoting our fleet maintenance and preferred corporate vendor programs. We are looking for someone with a long term perspective. It can be a very easy sell and the hire will be trained directly by the owner. Short term projections put potential commission at $125,000+. The ability to have the right person in this position will help gain and manage new customers and reduce the advertising budget for the company as a whole. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement to expand our customer base. Present simple introduction to our services and promote our benefits and ease of use. Visit customers monthly. At times providing breakfast/lunch through expense account provided by company. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using system(s) setup by ownership. Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process. Collaborate with the marketing team/ownership to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness in target markets.
