Role Summary:
Mid Level Sales Pay:
Variable by experience level The Mid-Level Sales Representative is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. This role requires proven selling ability and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Own and manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities from qualification through close.Strategic Prospecting:
Identify and target key decision-makers within identified target accounts.Product Expertise:
Become an expert on the company's product/service offerings and effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process.Quota Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met.Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in the CRM.Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
2-5 years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience (B2B preferred).Skills:
Proven track record of closing deals; expert negotiation and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Attributes:
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, persistent, and exceptional interpersonal skills.Role Summary:
Inside Sales Pay:
$48.00 - $52.00 per hour The Inside Sales Development Rep (SDR) focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. SDRs will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline and providing pre-sales support to the Business Development Team. SDRs will be the frontline point of contact for leads coming in from the website, trade shows, referrals and other lead generating channels. Represent Spotter's products and services through communication with clients Manage sales opportunities through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, trade shows, and customer referrals Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities Cultivate business relationships with prospective customers Generate, document, and maintain reports on CRM, Odoo Distribute qualified leads to respective Business Development team members Facilitates initial sales calls between lead and Business Development team Perform regular follow-up communication with potential customers Attend trade shows as neededRequirements:
5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong desire to learn and drive to move up within the sales organization Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to work well with team members Well-organized and detail-oriented with superb project management skills Flexible, versatile, and a fast learner; capable of adapting in a fluid, fast-paced environmentJob Type:
