Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a fabulous experience.
• Proactively promote and attempt to sell car washes, detail services, and other promotional items.
• Encourage customers to download our app and enroll in our loyalty program.
• Assist customers with fueling their vehicles.
• Process customer transactions for purchases in-store, including collecting payments, dispensing change, and issuing receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fuel island
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of fuel spills, emergency shutoffs, and fire safety measures.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor Excellent verbal communication abilities Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet environments.
