We're looking for a personable, organized sales professional with sewing sales experience to join our team. You'll help customers explore products, coordinate equipment service, and follow up on estimates and purchases. This role combines hands-on product demonstrations, customer service, and sales. It's a good fit for someone who enjoys sewing equipment, listens carefully to customers, and can manage several conversations and tasks throughout the day. What you'll do Welcome customers and learn about their sewing needs, interests, and budget. Demonstrate sewing equipment and explain product features and benefits. Recommend products and prepare sales proposals and service estimates. Discuss pricing, answer questions, and help customers move forward with purchases or service. Check in equipment for service and accurately document customer information and service requests. Handle incoming calls and follow up with customers about estimates, service, and sales opportunities. Gather customer feedback and build relationships that encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to keep customers informed. What you'll bring At least two years of sewing machine sales experience. Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional approach. Confidence demonstrating products and discussing pricing. Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, customer-facing environment.
