Trophy Exteriors is hiring experienced sales professionals from roofing, car sales, bartending, solar, windows, remodeling, restoration, and other home improvement industries. This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for confident closers who know how to sit with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale. Roofing experience is a plus, but strong sales and closing experience is more important. What You'll Do Meet directly with homeowners in their homes Inspect and evaluate roofing and exterior needs Present roofing and home improvement solutions Prepare and explain estimates Present pricing and available financing options Help homeowners understand monthly payment and project options Overcome common sales objections Ask for the sale and close contracts Follow up with leads who have not yet purchased Generate leads and run company-generated leads Maintain accurate customer and sales records Work closely with production and operations after the sale Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience We Want to Talk to
